Constantly drops the SSD I installed in it. I installed one of the recommended drives from the manufacturer and it worked great at first but now drops the drive multiple times a day. Ill be sending it back. This is a common issue Ive read with this product. I suspect it needs more power?

This has lan pprt issue dont buy!!! Many dock takes extra space and because of that cables keeps messing around and i feel it very annoying. The design of this dock is such that exactly fits under your desktop screen stand thats the best thing I like. I havent try expanding the SDD but should be pretty simple. Transfer speed is good too if you using pendrive.

Hello there, Spoiler alert, I love how this HUB looks and the additional storage and connectivity options. I know this lovely HUB is advertised as an M1 iMac accessory, but it looks soo cool and convenient; I had to try it on a MiniPC. I only tested this HUB M.2 slot with a 2242 NVME module, as you can see in the photos Im sharing, and it works flawlessly under Windows 11, which is the OS that came on that lovely NUC-like MiniPC. Now I have a good-looking aluminum base that brings me an additional M.2 NVME storage, SD and MicroSD slots, two USB 2.0, and two 3.1. I highly recommend it if you have a NUC-Like MiniPC with a USB-C located on the backside. For an M1, iMac is a no-brainer, and I tested it on my iMac Pro, but it was not designed for a regular iMac foot, in case you wonder. I hope you like the idea and that you find this review helpful in any way. =D

It is lovely for those looking for a sleek, clean desk surface. Itdid not have enough ports for my need and the photo card slot did not fit my camera card. I had to return it.

I set my iMac down on it and plugged in and the lights came on and I was in Fat City! I used its old-fashioned USB Port to restore 45,000 files which had become marooned on my external drive. And so Amazing Amazon had this machine and I got it!. My external drive recognized my new iMac, which does not have an old-fashioned USB port.

I really needed some USB-A ports without taking up my thunderbolt ports with adaptors and this fit the bill. I havent had any issues with the ports, or with the SD card readers. The color is a perfect match, and the 24 iMac fits on it perfectly. Unless Im actually using it, I forget its there.

This hub is just what I was looking for! I was using a dongle to plug all legacy peripherals, and it did not look good in the new iMac 24. This hub looks great along with the iMac and the color is a nice match. So far, everything I have plugged into it has worked. Excellent quality and not the cheap plastic-type. I am very satisfied with this product.

This is an amazing hub. Its color matches the mac perfectly. You forget that it is there, you dont even see it. But when you need a port it provides really easy access. I also put an SSD in it as a backup drive.
