Bag is large enough to carry a full size car seat, I used for a Costco next 9lb carseat on a 1.5hr flight. Checked it in at the gate, no rips or scuffs on the bag. Will be taking it on longer flights this year so will update again. There are side and front handles to grab easily as well as the backpack straps and in green color it’s easy to locate. The “pads” that come with each strap is kind useless and in typical TSA fashion the car seat has to come out during screening so throwing it back into the bag quickly the straps get all tangled and padding mangled. I would consider making my own padding as the straps can dig into your shoulders. By having a forward facing backpack on first it may alleviate the issue somewhat. The 2 toggles to lock the string at the top opening help and the Velcro flap adds additional safety so the string doesn’t fly out of the bag and catch on other items during transport. It also has a built in bag so you can pack it back up and store it until you need it. I also threw in a gb pockit stroller and the bag handled the total 18lbs fine. Time will tell how durable this, would recommend based on how easy it is to use.

Perfect for air travel

This was a great buy ! It fit our car seats perfectly and we were even able to fit a few extra things in there to keep our checked bags less than 50lbs.

Fit my Graco convertible car seat just fine. We used this for 2 Flights and the bag held up well. I wish it had a zipper closure instead of drawstrings because I ended up having to tie knots in the strings to keep it closed. There is practically no padding on the shoulder straps so it was hard to carry across the airport. The secret is to align the car seat with your back so it’s behind you as if you were sitting in it. The bag itself was big enough to fit our puffy jackets in it as well as the car seat, but it doesn’t actually add any padding or protection other than just covering the car seat.

We checked our carseat for our flights and it felt better having it in a bag in the cargo. The backpack straps ended up being extra helpful so we could just carry it instead of trying to balance it on a suitcase. However, it got a hole after just one flight, so durability is... Questionable.

FYI this is NOT waterproof. Your car seat will get wet if it’s raining when they load it.

While it isnt the most durable and doesnt have padded shoulder straps, its so easy to fold up and store. It offers some protection while in transit, especially from rain or snow. It makes it much easier to carry a carseat through the airport.

This was really durable and light. The straps are really what make this thing so worth it. We have two little boys and when we fly, we pack a lot. We were able to put these on our backs and it made all the difference. Also, last time I traveled (without the coverings) my sons car seat smelled like engine fuel and was all dirty. This keeps everything blank clean and smelling fine.

It’s ok. Went one trip to San Francisco with a diono car seat. It did the job but it’s already ripping from the bottom seams.

Decided to bring car seat with us during air travel (bag check, not gate check). Bag is ample for Evenflo Maestro booster car seat plus we had room to include a book bag loaded with clothes! Bag quality is thick enough to be durable, but thin enough to be easily managed when unfolding, folding, closing and opening. Closure is convenient and so easy my 4 year old could effectively help! So far this bag has been through four flights and still looks new. The back-pack straps are a wonderful touch and I used that feature exclusively when moving the car seat from place to place. It allowed me to have both hands free so I could manage two pieces of luggage, an umbrella stroller and, of course, an excited 4 year old! Lastly, the company customer service is excellent!!! I had no reason to reach out to them as their product arrived as expected. However, in an effort to understand their customer, they contacted me - it was as if I walked into a store and engaged with staff in person. Even without this interaction I would still take the time to share these accolades. This product will be the last thing you have to worry about on an excursion. And that is what makes it so wonderful...you can focus on your family and make memories without worrying if your car seat cover is doing its job!
