Works ok on hard wood and carpet. Not enough suction really at all. Spend more money get a better vacuum. It works for now but leaves a lot behind. Tou have to empty and clean the filter every use or it will not pick up.

I think its a very useful product, the shooting power is good, it doesnt tire you much just because its light, but I still wanted some parts to be steel, for example, it would be nice if the pipe in the body was steel.

Very light weight, easy too use. So far I am very satisfied with it.

I cant believe I am writing a review about a vacuum, but the quality of engineering is magnitudes higher than any other vacuum 3x its price. - Strong 600w motor. - Maneuverability. The flat head has more degrees of freedom than my actual wrist. Delightful to use on stairs. - High quality thick plastic - Brilliant pivot joints. Sturdy plastic to protect the flexible hose without restricting pivot - High quality spring snap connectors - Dirt canister locks with both insert and twist. No chance it falls out during cleaning. The plastic around these areas is also thick and unlikely to break with repetition - The roller brush really does not coil pet hair. No scissors needed. - For vertical sides of carpeted stairs, I remove the long extender pole and use the flat head with the motor directly. I hold one hand on the handle, and the other on the flat head. Its short, versatile, and moves precisely. - Cord: thick, with strong Velcro wrap - Sturdy when standing straight - not worried about it tipping - Clean white color blends well while stored. I don’t have to hide it. Cons: - If Im being nit picky, I’d love if the cord could had more flexible rubber reinforcement at the point where it exits the motor. To dampen sharp bends. I have never had such a delightful experience using a vacuum. This is a rare product. Please make more appliances — I will buy any product you design.

This has good suction, good maneuverability, and useful attachments. I wish there was some way to help manage the cord, which just hangs loose without any hooks or anything. I also wish it used a washable sponge hepa filter instead of a disposable paper one. What happens if years in the future I need a replacement and these arent made anymore?

This vacuum has made such a difference on my carpets. I have one room that has a rather odd carpet that has sort of grooves in it that any other vacuum couldn’t get clean. This vacuum cleaner has amazing suction power so it gets the job done. Ordinary vacuums get stopped up so end up in closets or the trash because they can’t be unstopped. This one is quite simple to clean because the entire vacuum breaks down so that cleaning is easy and it completely eliminates clogging up. It’s lightweight making it the perfect vacuum cleaner for a house with upstairs and downstairs. This is a must have vacuum. Great value

The vacuum has a long cord. I can go between two rooms and not need to unplug and replug it. Easy to empty canister. Great suction.

This little gem is very powerful! This lightweight vacuum cleaner swivels side to side. It does not hurt my hands & doesnt strain my arms or my back while vacuuming. I have bought one for myself, one for my friend & just about to buy one for the place where I volunteer. It is the bomb!
