VHOB Comet SBB-7NMO - 2M/70cm Dual Band Mobile Antenna (NMO)

Swr great on 2 meter. Had to work hard to get it to 1.97 on 70 cm

Now I have several of these, even one on a 21ft pole using a groundplane made for mobile antennas.

My expectations were not only met but were exceeded with this antenna. I am hitting repeaters from areas that I could not before with my old 5/8 wave antenna. Low SWR on both 2m & 70cm. I highly recommend this antenna it will not disappoint.

I use this antenna in a stake mount on my pick-up. It has functioned quite well. The only drawback is that it tends to loosen up a bit during a long drive. I would use some blue locktite if I didnt take it off and on so frequently. But otherwise, an outstanding antenna....

Its too big to keep on my car and park in the garage with a 7 door but when I am in the field and need more gain I use it and it makes all the differance. I just toss it in the back seat when I think I might need it.

This antenna is working very well with high gain.

Love this antenna. Rocks mounted to back rack ...SWR 1.00 - I only wish you guys would offer the cable and antenna as a kit. Would buy again since it increased my transmit ability out to about 37 miles with my little 25w radio installed in my truck.
