I purchased these jars to make essential oils. The oil was constantly leaking, even while just storing them in a corner and lightly shaking from time to time. Now, Im trying to open the jars, and they are still leaking, but not even my husband can get them open (and he is strong).

The lids are too deep for the threads on the jar. If the lid is snugged down, the lid will start splitting. I have been using my jar for less than a week and have had to tape the rim to prevent it from splitting in two. I am not going to buy these again

They are jars with decent tops. Used for environmental samples.
