I used the previous app and plug from Vivitar and love it. The new app that this requires makes it impossible to use correctly due to all the glitches. So disappointed.

Does not work. Would select zero stars if it would let me. Advertised to work with several products, but does not work with any including Vivitars own app. This product only crashes the Vivitar app. Find another product.

Doesnt work. When it worked briefly it would randomly turn off. Recently the app lost my credentials and now I cant reset the password or create a new account with another email. Total waste of money.

Keeps disconnecting from WIFI. Very annoying. Might just be my unit. I will contact amazon to see if they will replace it.

Do not buy this! It will not connect to wifi. Customer service only said to try the directions. They were very unhelpful. Their website was not very helpful or friendly either. WARNING! Do not waste your money on this!

This is junk its so outdated it doesnt work with the new vivitar app it only works with the old app, when it works at all. Once I downloaded the old app I was able to get it installed, then it keep turning on and off.

Constantly turns off on its own. I never write reviews, but as I’m looking on Amazon right now to buy a new outdoor smart plug, I felt I should. Would not recommend.

I have 2 of these plugs operating my Christmas lights. One is outside and one is loacated in the garage. The one outside turns off randomly. Alexa or the ap will turn it back on. Would be a 5 star product for the price if it would not randomly turn off.
