I really want to keep this speaker as it sounds amazing especially if you use an equalizer but the one major disadvantage is I cannot control the volume level with my phone when connected to bluetooth, I can only control the 2 first lowest volume levels and thats it. I have to use the volume controls on the speaker if I want to turn it up or down. This speaker would have been perfect! Louder than my JBL Xtreme and with the equalizer on spotify it blows the Xtreme away in volume & bass. Ill update my review if I find a fix otherwise Ill be returning it. **Update, W-King reached out to me and they are shipping out a replacement unit, they are confident the speaker I received was defective. Judging by all the great positive reviews i assume it must be rare to receive a defective unit. Great customer service! as they really do stand behind their products! I highly recommend giving this company a try, you wont be disappointed.

Greater than one weekI bought 2 of these to dj with, and havent tested them out at a venue or a house party yet, but I have used them in several environments, and I can tell you that they really are punchy and bassy. I take one everywhere with me in my SUV, Ive tested it out in different rooms of the house, Ive synced 2 to see how loud it gets, and I have noticed a couple of things to highlight. 1. They get loud, but not ridiculously overpowering, so thats a plus. The volume when turned to the lowest setting is still kind of loud, like for example, if youre trying to listen to music quietly, or at night. They sound great in my SUV. If you put one of these in a boxed in area, they bump so hard, for example, here, on the floorboard of my front passenger seat, yeah.... Boom boom boom boom. Thumps. So, you can get some super serious bass coming out of these if you put them in some kind of old school carpeted speaker box maybe? Thats just an idea Im thinking about doing for my gigs. Theyre ready to go right out the box. They take a while to charge, but with the sound these things are producing, the drawbacks (which arent many) are heavily overpowered by the positive aspects that these speakers have. Theyre light, theyre durable, theyre easy to sync up, and theyre great sounding. The price of these I would say is good, and if you order 2 of them, you definitely have a super great quality Left/Right audio mobile sound system that you can take with you on the go. You definitely need 2, but theyre worth the investment. I strongly suggest that you pick these over all the other available options that are on Amazon. These really are king. Wow.

Honestly it was louder than I needed (along with being heavier); so I did return it. For a $76 speaker with a 40 hour life (at low volume) it is a great deal. I returned the item as the weight was wrong in the description. I have been told that that is being changed, it is 5.9#s.

It does take some time to charge, like 4-5 hours from one light flashing indicator. Just charge while you crash. Easy! Bass is impressive.

I work construction and this has been dropped and kicked around. few scratches still works. recently took it to the river and the water proofing held up great. battery last for a pretty good while as well depending on your volume level.

It’s very clear without distortion at the higher level with a bass filled song. Bonus - if you have an older turntable you can plug it in using the cable provided in the box. My only complaint is the lights are sort of dim. It took a few minutes to figure out if it was on or off until I saw the device show up to be paired with my phone’s Bluetooth. Other than that I love the size, sturdy construction and sound. For this price, I don’t think you could ask for more.

A: They can"t pair together if Bluetooth names are different. If one of your speakers is D9 and the other is D9-1, please let us know.
