I liked the concept and had to give it a try. These are great on smaller wires. However, I tried them on 12gauge wire and they dont seem to grip as well as with smaller wires. They dont slide off, but the clip can open with very little pressure....while with smaller wire, you have to apply a little force to unclip them. This can be a problem when sliding the wires back into a junction box. besides this, everything works well so far.

Just swapped out an overhead light fixture. Fixture came with stranded to connect to solid core. Oh my, this was a delight! Strip to length, insert, close the lever, tug to test, fit back into the box, done! Worth the price for the time saved, the strength and certainty of the connections, the size of the connector, and UL listed (a must!). No more wire nuts for me.

Great concept/product. I will never use wire nuts again. More expensive but saves time.

These are Awesome. Wire nuts are fine for solid to solid, or strand to strand. These work for all. A true time and frustration saver.
