The ad says its a hand finger wrap for Boxing, Jiu-Jitsu and Crossfit, but the tape loses its grip and comes off your fingers when you start to sweat during Jiu-Jitsu rolls. Better buy the $1.25 rolls of tape at Dollar Tree.

The tape is good quality overall. Its better than athletic tape. The different size tape is awesome. However, the adhesive can be improved.
