Bought it for my PS5. Really easy to install and the system takes care of formatting it. No issues ever since!

I buy this because Im happy the initial storage of the PS5 is (less than 500Gb) so with the 2TB, I was able to install most of my games including the PS4 versions but like other reviews mention, make sure you get the one with the heatsink, because sometimes the console can get quite hot after long sessions of use.

The WD 2t ssd works well in my PS5 and was easy to install. It is slightly slower than expected at 6200. It had been opened before it arrived so I’m guessing someone had removed the faster ones from stock for themselves and sold the slower ones. A little disappointed because I paid for a new one but it works.

Western Digital doesnt give out Samsung M.2 Drives.

Flawless with PS5

Excellent choice for C drive and gaming. Installation in my Acer motherboard was a pain. Had to take out all the other drives first, then buy the tiny screw needed to hold it in place, and then spend too long trying to install the tiny screw in very cramped quarters. Disappointed that the screw wasnt included...either with the motherboard or the SSD.

Upgraded my ps5, totally easy to do works perfectly

This drive is just as speedy as advertised. I would trust my life to its reliability. Not that I can imagine a scenario in which I would need to trust my life to this drive, but if it ever comes up, I think Ill be good.
