> 3 dayDO NOT BUY!!! Absolute garbage of a product. I am a professional plumber and do water heater installs weekly; last week I tried these out in 3/4 and 1/2, both products broke on their first use. Not only are the materials used in this product flawed, its also flawed in its functional design. If you try to clean the outside of a copper pipe with the barrel extended forward and the inside brush in the rear,, there is no locking the device in this position, so as soon as you put the smallest amount of forward pressure, as in just to try to slide the barrel over the pipe, the barrel pushes forward again over the inner brush and you havent gotten anywhere. I also got the inner brush stuck inside a pipe fitting,,, such a TERRIBLE DESIGN, i cannot express how much I hate this product. Whoever designed this obviously never cleaned a piece of copper in his life.

Greater than one weekSo far so good, what a time saver, hopefully it lasts. Also ordered 3/4 but yet to use it I was so pleased with 1. Used the 3/4 for the first time it snapped the wire brush on first use. The 1 lasted the whole project. Shame the 3/4 didnt last one fitting

> 3 dayI’ve had a set of these for a few years now. They work great. I have no idea how some users are finding they break easily. My original set is fine. I have just ordered a couple more simply because don’t want to find out someday that Weiler has discontinued them. When used as intended in a battery powered screwgun -NOT a plug in “drill” motor- they will work well. If you overdo it I can imagine them getting overheated and thus soften and perhaps break. I use mine at a moderate speed and simply clean the pipe. It’s so much better than those dang wrist breaker types. And far better than sandpaper. Thanks Weiler!
