we were able to change the screen but is from thin quality. Therefore a crack appeared eventhough person who replaced it was a proffesional.

This is the third screen I have placed on this tablet so I think I know what I am doing but.... the screen takes pressure to detect a touch in some spots, very frustrating.

Old screen horrible cracked, now like new. Semi pain to get the old one off, watched videos helped.

I purchased this to replace the broken screen of my brother in-laws SM-T580. The kit had most of what youd need for the job, but you gotta supply the MUCH NEEDED P-A-T-I-E-N-C-E along with a heat gun/hair dryer/space heater to remove the broken glass (I also recommend you wear safety glasses and gloves if the screen is cracked to the edge). The metal spudger could be thinner to get in between the glass and the bezel. Also, the feel of this replacement screen didnt have the exact feel of the original screen but it was close enough. I do appreciate that adhesive was already applied to the edges of the replacement screen which saved me from having to purchase glue. Theres plenty of YouTube videos that will show step by step instructions on how to replace a broke tablet screen. This product did exactly what it was intended to do and for its price, I recommend everyone just do the repair/replacement work yourself instead of paying an electronics repair shop $100+ for something you can do within an hour or two.

The screen on my daughters tablet was completely shattered and she couldnt use it due to pieces coming off, so i bought this screen and replaced it myself. Replacing the screen was much easier than i thought, the lcd screen was intact so i just took the glass off and placed this new one on by watching a YouTube video. The thickness of the screen felt exactly like the original one, the adhesion stuck perfectly and doesnt move out bounce back at all and the touch screen has been working perfectly fine. With less than $30 the tablet like as good as new. I highly recommend this if you simply need to replace a broken glass screen but beware this is not for the lcd screen replacement.

This isnt glass. Severally disappointing. Will return because it is no where near comprable to the current screen.
