I couldnt figure out how to make these work, so I returned them and bought a traditional Craftsman set.

These are great. I use the nail set as a punch for marking drill spots on metal and wood as well as nail setting. I also had the chance to try the hinge pin tool on a hinge. Very slick and much better than a punch and hammer

If you need to sink in some nails, these will do the trick, but you need to be careful that you dont move them while pulling back the top since its very easy to accidentally put some dents around the nail youre trying to sink. What I ended up finding these most useful for though is removing old/stuck door hinge pins, dont know how I ever removed a door without them!

I don’t know why I waited so long to get a set of these. So much easier to set nails than the traditional hammer and nail set.

This is one of those tools that you don’t have a daily need for, but when you have a need for it, nothing beats it! If you’ve ever had to take a door off the hinges or hammer in a brad nail that didn’t go in all the way you’ve probably noticed that using a regular hammer and a screwdriver doesn’t do a good job. With this tool, it is effortless to take out the pins on the hinge and keep from marking up a finished work piece with a hammer. I’ve also use these punch to get a drill bit started on a work piece. They were great.

Not much to say The spring is good and strong. I wouldnt try to pull it 5 ft apart but its not a cheap spring. The rest of it just functions as it should and is very easy to use even with shaky hands

Don’t really do these things but this is a great product. No bulky hammer and punch, just hold one end to fastener and flick the spring…. Done!

As a painter, this hidden gem of a tool is a God send. Easy to set nails while prepping trim and moldings plus extremely easy to remove doors off hinges for professional painting. Its a must, youll thank me.

I like the finish quality delivered but not for those with bad arthritis.
