> 3 dayThis tiny and reasonably priced projector has amazing picture quality. I was really impressed. The only issue that came up is some apps on my iPhone wont play - not sure if they are blocked because of the wifi or if I didnt set it up correctly but I had an issue with hulu and apple TV. Youtube was fine and using Hulu on my laptop worked just fine as well. Overall Im super impressed and would definitely recommend.

> 3 dayRecently purchased the Mini LCD Video Projector RD-821 and the entire family is enjoying the home theater experience. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my 12 year old daughter but my 13 year old son as well as my wife and I are loving the ability to watch movies like we are back at the theater again. If we knew it would be this easy and wonderful we would have made this purchase earlier to help alleviate the Covid lockdown. Would definitely recommend to others.

> 3 dayThis projector is pretty easy to set up and use, and it soooo much fun to use (either outdoor or indoors) for watching movies. The sound is adequate, but could be louder. I suppose that can be fixed by simply attaching a set of speakers to the device itself, however (which we havent tried yet). But honestly, for the price, I cant complain at all. Because of this device, we do not need to buy a big screen TV to create a nice theater experience in the comfort of our home.

> 3 dayI use the projector for playing Youtube videos from my phone and its seamless. The quality is crisp and bright enough to use in the daytime. If sound quality is needed, I recommend buying portable speakers cause these arent much better than a phone speaker. The ease of use and price really made this a great buy for me.

> 3 dayThis review references my review of a previous model of this projector - https://smile.amazon.com/Projector-DBPOWER-RD-820-Supported-Compatible/dp/B08H7C1DFK Whats new here? A nice color swap doesnt mean much, but I like the result. The iOS screen share feature is fine... you cant project iTunes purchases or Netflix because of Apple copy protection (this seems dumb to me), but you know that going in - and can hack your way around it by means of an HDMI connection (seriously - just stream it from iTunes on your laptop and youre set). The USB drive feature - which I ended up using on the previous model after all - is solid. Heres your game-changer: the usability of this one is higher in medium-light situations. In order to watch in the shade during strong daylight hours (e.g. a room, with unblocked windows providing ambient light), the previous model had to have its customization settings maxed out, and you lost a lot of contrast. In comparison, this model is giving you a much more robust image under similar circumstances. Its not night and day (pun intended), its just a very noticeable upgrade. TL;DR - get this instead of the previous model for all your portable projector needs. If you have the prior one already, youre still in good hands... only upgrade if you need a better daytime performance range.
