Wifi Smart plug

Was unable to set up the plugs in the Feit app. Im hoping it is an oversight and these plugs werent added to the apps list, but will be in the near future.

I have multiple outlets from this company for different rooms so I can have everything synced to a time schedule on one app. Plug-in plug your device in very easy to use a little tricky on setting up not the most user-friendly, but usually only takes a few minutes to pair the Wi-Fi. Setting the program is quite easy. All lights turn on and off at the exact time I need them to put these as replacements as one of them has died after two years of use.

Easy to install, very handy for my needs.

I have several of these units around the house and love that I can control lights etc manually or with a schedule.

These work great, I even have one that is running an electric fireplace via Alexa. they do require a little patience but they end up working well.

Product was described as very good condition and in original packaging. Well, the packaging was in the box with the Feit plugs, but they werent together as expected. The plugs had scotch tape on them (over the plug holes) that had to be removed before they could be used. They were already digitally named when I plugged them in (Christmas tree, aquarium light, etc) and one of them stops working after being plugged in for more that a couple of hours. Last used purchase I make on Amazon.

After much research I was able to call FEIT Headquarters (which they do not readily provide the number) in order to get them to help me with the installation. I was only able to install one of three plugs. The plugs are sensitive to walls and room barriers; so, I had to be right by the lamp in order to turn it on and off. That defeats the purpose of accessing it via the phone. The product clearly is not supported by 5G band which is the 2022 speed in the US. Once I reached their HQ, I found their staff to be very courteous and helpful. I believe that once their engineers work on these issues, this product would be a sell out.
