The video quality is terrible. I would not recommend this over the original cables.

This device did exactly what it was meant to do. Helped me easily hook up my nintendo wii to a modern HD television. I had to go into the wii settings to adjust the tv type and viola ! Havent had any signal drops or anything of that nature and the picture looks great.....

The adapter was easy to install and allows us to use the wii with a smart tv

Ordered this for our WII. Didnt work no matter which HDMI port we used. Tried with another cable that I know works, still no signal. Returned and received another one. SAME problem. Dont waste your money!

Works fine just have to get remote to sync with device.

Now I can use my Wii

Ordered this adapter after brining out our Wii console for the first time in years. Although our TV has an AV connector and still works with it, we were excited about this product’s affordability and that our old console would have a clearer picture. Unfortunately, after plugging in the adapter to the Wii and then connecting the HDMI cable (which is shorter than others but still works) to the adapter and TV, no signal could be found of the Wii. Wanted to make sure that it was not a faulty cable, and tried to use the adapter with another one that I have been using with my Xbox. Still nothing. Unplugged and tried again with the original cable on different HDMI ports on the TV, but nothing worked. Returning the adapter we received and waiting for a replacement. I hope it will work next time.
