> 3 dayGimbal perfetta per solidità precisione e assenza di qualsivoglia vibrazioni. Il Gold Standard del settore. Tanti lhanno copiata ma nell utilizzo reale nessuno raggiunge il livello garantito da questa testa.

Greater than one weekI owned a WH-200 version I so I knew this gimbal mount would be fantastic. It is is expensive relative to some of the mounts you can find in its class but the construction and simplicity of the units design make it worth it. It is very easy to adjust and silky smooth to operate. It is difficult to imagine a more elegant and functional design. Just get it and youll see what I mean.

> 3 dayThis is a wonderful head, but had some problems with the tightning knob on the receiver. I could not unscrew to release my lens foot. Had to force the knob & ruin it to be able to remove my 500mm lens. Wimberly honored the defect & sent a new swing base!

> 3 dayIm using this with a 500mm lens and flash using various Wimberley brackets and adapters. Its awesome and highly recommended but Im docking a star for two small issues... 1) with my new, lighter weight 500mm lens and attached flash and extender I cannot get a perfect balance. I suspect the issue is that the center of gravity is a bit high even with the clamp all the way down. If the arm was an inch or so longer I think balance could be achieved. All that said, its not *bad* its just not perfect. 2) this is nit-picky but the action is not as smooth as it might be, Im sure due to the bearing system used. You could argue you dont want a friction-less system with all that expensive gear swinging around, but Id like to be able to control that with a tension adjustment.

> 3 dayThis is the gold standard of gimbal heads. Ive had a lot of cheaper gimbal heads on the way here and wish I had just saved up and started with Wimberley. Its like the tripod saga of the photo writer ByThom. You spend all that extra money working up to getting the Gitzo tripod when you would have been better off starting at the top. Other good brands Ive owned are Jobu Black Widow. This new version 2 is a great item and should last a lifetime. Wimberley often will have refurbished or scratch and dent items for sale from the factory. They also have a try before you buy a 60 day trail period. Give them your credit card and they will ship what you want to try. Dont like it send it back. Ive tried the clones and copies and the Induro and Benro are good but not this quality. If you have 6000 in a lens do you want to trust it to a knock off copy clone from China?
