I’ve had this umbrella for almost two months now. It’s big enough, it’s sturdy enough, it’s comfortable to hold. Unfortunately it will no longer stay closed. The metal piece that clicks into the plastic to hold it down stripped the plastic so it won’t stay latched. Super disappointed and wish I didn’t waste my money.

I bought this to keep in my truck and it is very good quality. It opens a bit slowly at first, but after a while, it gets broken in and works fine. It does not get waterlogged or drip constantly, and it dries quickly. Great product.

The design of the umbrella is very elegant and it has very superior craftsmanship. As they say that even the moon is not spotless, such was the case with this beautiful umbrella. It came with a 1.5 cm long stretch mark in one section of the canopy where the fabric density was thin which could have become a sour gap in otherwise a very beautiful umbrella. I reached out Customer Service through email and I got a prompt response. After ascertaining the issue exchanging emails using photographs, I was shipped another umbrella within a week’s time. Along with a wonderful product, it was a very quick resolution of customer concern in the best possible way won the day for Royalwalk. A delightful product coupled with even better attitude for serving a customer.

The umbrella is of a very good size and can protect two people easily from rain. In addition the customer service team is very good and really helped me out with my order, shout out to Emma.
