The A11 Pro earbuds are great. The Bluetooth connection setup was very easy and straightforward. However, the first thing I noticed was the awesome sound quality, the noise canceling is a major plus as well, they are also very comfortable to wear. But definitely, the sound is above many others that I have tried; I usually have a set volume level that I used when Im wearing earbuds and with these I had to lower the volume level. The bass and battery life are superb. Im very happy with the this product, definitely a winner.

When I received these from Amazon I was pleasantly surprised to see the carrying case was hard shelled and zippered!

The sound quality is great, I will give it that, but the mic doesnt work. Im using a new phone with Android 11, and I have multiple other bluetooth headsets that work fine with it. People say they can barely hear me, or they dont hear me at all.

I had a previous version of this product. The case is a bit larger, I do have concerns about the charging case QI charging as the last version broke quickly. Ill update if that is the case. There are no volume buttons like the last one, but to be fair, I hadnt used them, so it doesnt matter.
