> 3 dayI bought these to use as a backup pair of bluetooth headphones for when I forget my other pair. These work well enough for listening to audiobooks and podcasts. They dont have quite enough bass for my liking to listen to my reggae and soca tunes. They work fine for calls as I did not get any complaints and calls were clear. They do last a full work day on one charge.

Greater than one weekI tried for over 3 hours trying to pair it to my phone. It has very little instructions. The driver 1st dropped off to wrong address. I was finally able to get it to have this happen. I bought this item bc it was Amazon choice so not sure what the problem is but considering Ive bought 2 other cheap cordless ear buds dont know why I expected anything different. My suggestion is buy a name brand. Its not worth the hassle of buying these off brands. Now Ill probably find the simple earbuds. Not worth it

> 3 dayThese are great. My son is only 8 so I didnt want to spend alot just in case he looses them, but these exceeded my expectations. Came with different sizes of ear cushions which was helpful since hes smaller than an adult which these are usually geared towards. His friend thought they were beats headphones

How can I troubleshoot when experiencing charging issue?
-Remove the protective film from the earbuds.
-Clean the earbuds’ copper charging pins at the lowest part of the stem and the pogo pins inside the charging case with rubbing alcohol to ensure the earbuds are charging properly.
How to connect to a new device?
-Turn off the Bluetooth Setting of the original paired device.
-Turn on the Bluetooth Setting of another device.
-Search again for the pairing name "E16" and click to connect.
What should I do when both earbuds fail to pair with each other or cause connection related issues?
-Usually you just need to put both earbuds into the charging case, then take them out, both earbuds will automatically get paired with each other successfully.
-If it is still not workable for you, please kindly reset them.
How to reset the earbuds?
-Put the earbuds into the charging case and ensure the cover of the charging case is closed, then press the reset button for 8 seconds until the charging case digital screen lights up for 1 seconds.
(Note: After resetting, the earbud can be reconnected to the Bluetooth device. Some Bluetooth devices may need to delete the pairing name on the phone to connect normally)
