> 24 hourThe box came damage but not a huge deal. The sound quality is just not good. Ive heard worse, but this just isnt acceptable either. No bass, no noise cancellation. At this point I think Im just gonna stop wasting my money and returning products and just spend a little extra for something of decent quality. Also, I dont rate a product 5 stars if the product doesnt deserve it. Its bad, but not terrible.
