I have been a Kipling customer for YEARS!! But I am beyond dissatisfied and disappointed at this piece of equipment. I haven’t even used and before I even packed the zipper broke (see pictures) what and/who can I contact to get a refund?

It is light and compact. It holds lots stuff. I owned some back packs and small bags. I always love this brand.
