These are dupes to the ikea dowels #101351. Worked for our short Billy. So happy!

These dowel pins are rejects from some reject pile. They aren’t even worth trying to use. They are chipped, split, misshaped, cracked and just bad wood. I wouldn’t even try to use them on any project. Don’t waste your money on this trash.

These dowels are a great buy. They are tapered and fluted. The quantity is also very good. I just ordered the wrong size. I ordered 5/16 and I use 3/4. I recommend this product.

To call these fluted dowels is, to say the least, a stretch. Yes, there are minute indentations on the sides, but not enough to let much glue pass. You get what you pay for.

I ordered the 1/4 inch. The dowels measure no more than 15/64. The fluting is almost imperceptible. They did not work at all as a joint connector.

Dont expect quality. I will be using them for crafts so they work for me.

But for the price, I cant complain.

Would love these to be in the posted diameter, maybe then I could use them. Unfortunately theyre 9.2mm. Not fluted either, more like textured.
