This thing does its job and works well. Feels sturdy enough. Id buy it again.

The Good: -Auto open or close -Wind resistant -Compact -Smooth handle -Protective sleeve The Bad: -A little heavy -Automatic is not that smooth and not that easy to close The Bottom Line: I used this YOASIUX umbrella during the recent rain storm. It worked well since it is pretty heavy-duty. Since it is heavy-duty, it is not that light. The umbrella is attractive with a smooth handle. Unfortunately, the auto open and close is not that smooth. Overall, I would recommend this umbrella for stronger people since it takes a little muscle to close the umbrella.

Its a good umbrella - however, I thought it would be bigger based on the images. It comes with two sleeves - of the two, one is pretty difficult to place the umbrella inside especially after use. And the other is more like a carrying sleeve - which was bit easier to squeeze the umbrella back into. The build seems to be good - now just hoping it works in the North Texas weather! And no longer having to use my wifes flowery design ones is also a plus!

Easy open and solid construction.

For the price there really is no competition for this umbrella. Its very sturdy construction has held up well for southern California rain and wind. Its very easy to open via a push button, and easy to close thanks to a ribbed connector you can easily grab. The handle is sturdy wood that is water resistant. There are a couple ways to store it; a thin plastic sleeve and a much thicker almost leathery sleeve. The thin plastic sleeve was very difficult to use since it was to tight on the umbrella. I tossed that bag. I did use the thick sleeve, it was very easy to use since it had wiggle room for the umbrella to go in.

Very convenient!

This YOASIUX umbrella is a little heavier than other umbrellas but, when opened, is much larger than our older umbrellas. It has 10 ribs, which should provide extra strength and sturdiness. Our older umbrellas have 6 ribs and 8 ribs. The outer sleeve for the closed umbrella might be a bit of an overkill and adds extra weight. Fortunately, there’s also an inner, much-lighter sleeve for the umbrella. This is now our go-to umbrella when it rains in our area and for use as a travel umbrella (without the weight of the heavier outer sleeve).

This umbrella came just in time for a very rainy day at the Christmas fair . So the handle looks really nice with the wood look. The umbrella was a little bit smaller than the other one we keep in our van but I would have known that if I took it out to measure. My only complaint is the button is a little different. I had to try 4-5 times to get it down. Possibly my fault but once I thought I had it figured out I tried the same way and it didn’t work until I messed with it a little more. Overall it has held up for us on a gusty rainy day.
