Awesome quick reference. It doesnt dumb down, the manual it just organizes it into a fast reference guide that is 100% weatherproof. This isnt a Yaesu for dummies book...

We own lots of these books for our radios. It is jam packed with information.

As expected

Its nice for a quick menu guide to have on hand for referencing, but for the price I expected it to be more detailed and informative.

It was what I expected

I read the other reviews and chose to ignore them and take a chance. The print is very small and the information is not beginner-friendly. Definitely not a how to level booklet.

While not cheap, this is a good compact quick reference for all radio functions.

Nice to have since the manual is over 100 pages...it is a good condensation.
