This cage is a good fit for our new cockatiel. We added a rope perch, bending it down on one side, so he can easily get up and down. I was worried that this cage wouldn’t be big enough, but it’s perfect so far.

The birds figured out how to escape! All doors that slide up must be held with bread ties or something they cant chew thru. Other than that, its easy to clean, roomy, and attractive.

This review is for the 30inch rectangle stackable bird habitat. The unit is not bad at all. Easy to assemble, instructions could be better, but are simple enough to follow with the images and diagrams provided. Seems sturdy enough at the corners, though rigidity suffers toward the middle of the top of the enclosure, possibly due to its length and wire gauge.

This parakeet flight cage has issues to consider before purchasing. Safety for your bird comes first. Our new little budgie got his leg stuck between the side of the cage and the bottom grate the first day he was in there. There are gaps in the alignment where little legs can get stuck. It is NOT easy to clean. The bottom floor grate does NOT pull out, so you have to stick your hand in the cage in order to clean the top and the hard to get to bottom of the grate. The pull out portion under the grate is a flexible plastic which is easy to clean, but looks gappy from the front. We regret this purchase and do not recommend this cage. Most importantly, safety comes first. Get a sturdier, safer and easier to clean cage.

I am in LOVE with this cage! It has a large door on the front which makes it easier for my bird to come in and out, plus it’s super easy to assemble/disassemble, and clean. I highly recommend this cage it gives my parakeet the perfect amount of flying room. Great quality and all for an amazing price!

The manual is so bad-pictures only. You need a pair of pliers to squeeze down the clips. My Brother-law had to put it together for me and he griped all the time about the instructions. I did not go on line for manual so not sure it is any better and why would they just not include with cage kit. Once put together it is pretty strong and looks good. Also if you want to use the two perch wood bars check them for wood splinters and you need to put them inside the cage before you close sides as you cannot insert them thru the front door.
