> 24 hourMakes it super easy to connect to whatever batter system you have with a compact fuse. I have it running on a little 12 volt to a Yak-Power port system that powers my fish finder on my Jackson Big Rig. Great quality easy to install. I am not an electrician and it tends to scare me a little but this was easy although it does not come with instructions it is very simple to figure out. Just make sure you buy the rest of the line as this will only connect to a battery and then you have to match the same connector with the battery terminal to connect it to anything else.

> 24 hourUsed to attach lighting accessory to my kayak and kit is pretty much all I needed but bought the extra just in case, glad I did now I have added another outlet to charge phone and other usb to my yak. Peace of mind incase phone dies.

> 24 hourPay attention to the red and black wires. As the picture shows, if you plug this extension into the tack attack battery box, the polarity will be reversed. I had to cut the wires and switch them on mine. Otherwise, its a nice extension. I give it 3 stars because of the hassle.
Simpler Batteries
The Battery Terminal Pigtail allows you to plug the Power Panel Switching System, a Power Port or your 12-volt accessory with a Power Plug directly to a 12V battery so you can spend less time wiring and more time fishing!
Included Items and Compatibility
The pigtail includes a watertight, booted fuse holder and a 15A fuse. It also comes with two ring terminal adapters for use with larger batteries that don’t have spade connectors. Also, it is available in 1ft (YP-BTB12) and 8ft (YP-BTB96) lengths. The Battery Terminal Connector with SAE to F1 (3/16) Spade Pigtail is compatible with the following:
- Power Ports: YP-PMC48S, YP-PMC96S & YP-PMC144S
- Power Panel Switching System: YP-RP5R
- Power Plug: YP-SAE4
Connection Dangers
Note: Always make sure the Yak-Power plug-and-play connectors are completely pushed together when connecting the system. We use our own custom tooled, high tolerance, very snug fitting SAE connectors with larger gauge, real copper wire to ensure a quality, weatherproof and reliable connection. All Yak-Power plug-and-play accessories are designed specifically to work together while maintaining the correct battery polarity throughout the entire YP system. Using other aftermarket connectors or splicing other connectors into our system may cause damage to the system or the accessories connected to the system. ALSO, make sure to pay attention to the wire colors of all YP accessory cables to ensure that the red (+) wire is always connecting to the red (+) wire on the connector into which it’s being plugged.
