Yardley of London April Violets Perfumed Talc, 7 Oz, Made in England - NEW FORMULA

Used Yardley powder in my teens...forget about it...now its scent has brought back memories...

It came in a stand up tin container. The powder was heavy. I couldnt really smell much scent and what I did smell seemed somewhat generic, in that a man or a woman could have worn it. Definitely not a girly scent. I like feminine scents like roses or lavender. I thought violets sounded natural. It is and some would love this very natural scent. I just want more of a floral.scent and I just didnt get it. For someone who wants a barely there scent to go to work or places scents arent appreciated this might be for you.

Well the packaging is beautiful the powder works like powder. It doesnt smell very much like violets, and having been a fan of Yardley soap for so long, I was really hoping for something better as my purchase from yardley. I have used other Violet patters before, especially for the healing properties in them and I dont really find that this product meet my choice. I would use it if I cannot find the brand that I am looking for, but its not my first choice.

Extremely fine powder. Spreads on the skin very well. Great fragrance. Real Yardley of London. Quality is worth the price. Six Stars.

I buy this talcum powder regularly and it smells wonderful and lasts a long time.

Since i can no longer get the rose talc I have switched to this. it has a lovely fragrance.

I ordered the Violet scent and boy oh boy, it stinks like musk. It’s terribly strong and not at all floral. Will be returning.

Have always loved Yardley since childhood. Ordering from Amazon was easy and quality of the product is very good. Love Yardley powder

I loved this scent many years ago. Now the scent is too mild. I can barely smell it.
