excellent needs instructions for someone who not familiar with usage

When I opened the plastic storage container the gauge was broken. The gauge needle and plastic face were laying in the case and the gauge face was upside down and could not have flipped upside down with the case closed. so it appears that it was possibly returned and shipped back out broken.

The gauge was broken when it arrived in the mail. I think you want to buy an item like this at the local plumbing supply house. I believe it was broken while being shipped. The looks like it would be nice if it worked.

Nice kit but didnt work for our situation

Well Arrived fine, fast shipper, great packing, hi quality product, very accurate compared to my old fisher, which was not reading properly. I am a occasional/part time repair remodel person and do most of my own work. Lasted about 7 days. Used 3 times and product failed. Sent back to Amazon. No record showing it was received and no credit. Purchased a Dwyer unit and have had no issues.
