The sound activation works well and is very sensitive. I recommend this to all of my friends when they ask me about what light set up to get. I have this in front of a lavender mosquito net and the contrast is wonderful. The one thing I did find annoying is that the frequency is the same as another one of my light systems so when I change that system these get changed as well. So I have to use the remote that came with this one to change it back OR I have to unplug it, change the settings on my other one and then fix this one.

The remote stopped working after the first week so I have the use it manually, other than that the lights are great, so many different light settings, the lights are brighter in person than in the picture, the cord is really long and sheer

I thought there would be more strains of lights but to be honest once you place them on the wall, it gives the perfect brightness at night. The 6 hour setting works great, but it will drain batteries. I highly recommend just using the usb cord and using them that way.

Got these lights for a kind of interesting interior decoration idea. The lights seem well made, are packaged well and easy to unfold and straighten. The hooks are built into the top cable that the strands hang from, so that made it really easy to put them up. The power lead is a very generous length -- the little instruction booklet says 4 meters, and I dont doubt it -- its definitely a good deal more than the ~6 feet I needed. Lots of mode options and the remote works well. My 9-year-old spent probably an hour playing with different music to see how the lights respond. Keeping him busy for that long when hes indoors because its a brutally hot, humid day in the midst of a pandemic was worth the $15 I spent right there.

I absolutely am obsessed probably my favorite Amazon purchase. I am glad I looked at other reviews about the color choice I am so happy I ordered the “warm” ones they are not the gross yellow as pictured. My only complaint is that a lot of the setting seem really similar and also if you have a piece of furniture in front of the part you plug in you have to get close in order for the remote to work since the furniture is blocking it. Like I have to point the remote in between the furniture and the wall in order for it to work but it’s better than having to plug it in every time. I absolutely love how it looks, it’s better than I imagined.

The product is every bit what it claims to be. The diagram is perfect. It does come with a special plastic hook that you can use to hang on nails if you so desire. But these same hooks are a problem if you want to hang on the window as pictured, which is what I wanted to do. But the mistake was mine, because it’s clearly shown in the diagram. Just be aware of it, if you want to hang on a window. Not to say that you can’t make it work, but it will present a bit of a challenge. The lights are only LED and very bright. It does have all the functions as described, the remote works well and the music feature is a blast. Aside the hooks, they’re great and fairly priced.

It doesn’t an expensive option and it’s looks nice on my windows or any decoration

i got the white lights for my boyfriend’s sister’s 21st birthday party and they were perfect for what i had planned! they were extremely easy to hang with the clips on top and the lights dangled down and separated with no problem. the remote control was also super easy to use and a very fun feature with the different settings that everyone loved! definitely the highlight of the party. however the only negative thing i have to say is that they have a more blue tone than pure white. it went well with the blue theme i had but if you are looking for a more whiteish color, i would not suggest the white option and you may want the warm white. overall i really loved the lights and will be purchasing the warm white ones as well!

Was a little suspicious when I got these and they were in a box smaller than a bottle of shampoo. However, they were folded nicely and stretched the width of a full sized bed plus a little extra on each side. Was very pleased. Also, as the product listing says, its powered by a USB port, so make sure you have something to power it with! They dont come with much instructions, so its up to trial and error to figure out which button on the remote activates which light mode. Just watch yourself with the rapidly flashing one, its potent!
