Used to replace kids tablet works great!

My son had his new tablet for approximately 72 hours before he tried to force the charger into the port- breaking the port and leaving the new tab useless. I was ready to scream until I looked up some videos on YouTube and realized, even with a skill level of 0, I could probably handle switching it myself. This seller had a great price and was able to get it to me next day. The kit came with everything I needed, and I was thankful for the magnetic screwdriver that was included- it made handling the tiny screws super easy. Also- this seller reached out to be sure that everything had arrived and to see if I had any questions about how to switch it out. It was amazing to receive that support. 10 minutes after receiving my package I had the port switched out, back together, and on the charger. When I saw the tablet charging I cried happy tears. Thank you to the seller for providing this product and offering your support at such an amazing price.

Perfect fit

Second time Ive ordered this one from the same seller and this one wasnt packaged in static proof plastic, ive replaced this USB port myself before without issue. Installed and immediately shorted the charging wire and could have caused a fire it got so hot so quick, relooked iver the work and same issue. Put the old in and no shorting but no charging either so the new one is bad out of the package.

Seller gives good install instructions that were easy to follow. Extra tools besides what we’re provided were needed to open the back of the tablet. Once installed the port worked great for a few weeks and it’s slowly lost function. It now doesn’t recognize the port and when it is plugged into charge the battery has a red x through it like it doesn’t recognize the charging port. It still charges despite this but it takes upwards of 2 full days to reach full charge almost like the charging port isn’t interfacing properly with the device/battery.

Once one figures out how to separate the two halves of the tablet, the install is easy. YouTube shows all the steps

No how to instructions from seller. Used another on YouTube and nothing worked!

Still working so I’m pretty happy with it
