I initially purchased the powder previously, but now have picked up the individual paks for convenience. Just grab a bottle of water from your local store, drop the packet and go. Tastes exactly as the power canister.

I genuinely like it a lot. As an active senior, well, pretty active for my age, I look forward to the energy boost that I get following a work out in the garden or an extended session of horizontal mambo with one of my little chickadees. Oh, and by the way, it tastes pretty good too.

These are awesome when taken while playing sports. Gives you boost of energy to combat fatigue. Im 30 and I can keep up with the 20 year olds, feel like Im back in high school. The only problem is that it makes you sweat out a lot of salt. Sometimes I have issues of sweating so much salt that my nipples rub my shirt and they end up bruising.

I have one of these after 18 holes in the sweltering heat, and I feel right as rain.
