We can actually see whats in the fridge! Very bright. Perfect!

Only lasted 10 months. Much less than an old fashioned bulb. I swapped the bulbs to verify it was not a problem with the socket.

Typical refrigerator bulbs are incandescent, which means they use lots of electricity and they make heat. Thats a really bad idea inside a refrigerator (yes, I know they turn off when the door is closed). These LED bulbs are much brighter and white in color, so you can actually see whats inside. Ive ordered more for the freezer.

You have no idea how dark your lit refrigerator is until you add LED bulbs. The difference is startling. The bulbs screw in like any other without issues. I started to call the 10 year old so she could check it out but I decided to wait for her to discover it. Sure enough, she opened the fridge and exclaimed, WoW it is really bright in here. Yep, they are bright! My refrigerator has 4 bulbs so I am about to buy 2 more. How did I not know about these bulbs years ago????

I ordered these bulbs specifically (at a premium, no less) because they state in several places that they are 60W equivalents. They are not. The boxes state 40W equivalent right on the outside.

I can now discern what is in my fridge.

Nothing fancy about a lightbulb, but it fit and lit up, as expected

Cant rate the energy efficiency or the longevity as I just put it in the refrigerator. But it is very bright!

We decided to try these in our refrigerator because it was time to replace the bulbs again. Weve used regular bulbs for years. These are so bright. I love them. I cant speak to longevity but they provide great light.
