I like the product although I have yet to need to use it. I’ve seen them in use before which is why I decided to get one myself. So yes I’d recommend.

Luckily I have not had to break a window since I bought this, I dont see how it wouldnt work though.

I am a career firefighter and have used this punch several times. It works great with minimal effort and the pull back spring action prevents you from accidentally pushing through the window when it breaks. You do need two hands to operate, but I have never found that to be an issue. I also like the clip; hook it to your radio pocket and its always within reach. Just remember not to pull back too hard or the striker can jam up in the spring. A light touch is all that is needed.

My favorite tool to use when I need to break a window during extrication. It is simple and safe to use. Just buy it and try it.
