ZEISS Pre-Moistened Lens Cleaning Wipes, 600 Count

I usually use the lens-cleaning wipes from Walgreens to clean gunk off my glasses, but thought I would try these instead. They have some good qualities, but I think theyre not quite the right product for me. These *do* get my glasses clean from random oil, hair products, and water-based splatters. And they dont scratch my lenses, which is a big plus. I like the individual wraps; theyre convenient for throwing in my purse and/or storing several at different locations in the house. However, theyre just too wet. I can clean my glasses and then, if I put them back on, it takes up to 15-20 seconds, if not more, for the liquid to evaporate. I would prefer if there was less liquid, so quicker evaporation, so that I dont have to try to see through a layer of isopropanol droplets for a bit. In the end, Ill finish using the ones I have, but I probably wont buy these again.

Individually packaged wipes do the job very well on eye glasses and cell phones, and my tablet. I always carry some in my tennis bag to clean lenses during change overs when necessary.

Pre moistened just sounds kind of gross but these are the exception. They are great for cleaning my glasses on the go. I am the worst at not cleaning my glasses so by the time I finally do, there are so many smudges, fingerprints, skin flakes, dust, etc on my glasses that I can barely see. These little wipes take all that crap off in seconds and restore my vision to the default bad vision that I have but it seems a lot better than with all that stuff off of there. Thank you Zeiss.

We love these wipes. Everyone in the house wears corrective lenses of some sort. We also utilize for our laptop screens, tablets, phones, iPad, iPod Touches, camera, etc. This 600 pack lasts us well over a year.

I bought these to clean my computer monitors. Many of the packages were completely dry and useless. The ones that did have the alcohol solution on them, had very little and didnt work as I expected. Now I have about 185 so-so wipes. They may be OK (the ones that actually have enough alcohol on them) for eye glasses or a camera lens but they definitely didnt do much for my computer monitors.

These are my favorite lens wipes. I have tried a couple of other brands, but forget which ones. - They work. - No streaking. - Fast drying. - No stupid perfume -- just the nice honest smell of alcohol. - Works fine on my laptop screen and as a keyboard cleaner. - Dont tell the FDA but I have used them as a disinfectant. The sealed metal foil packs seem to keep them moist forever. Occasionally I find a pack I had stuffed away long ago (e.g. for travel) and the wipe is factory fresh. This good seal does make them a little bit fussy to open up.

These lens cleaning wipes are OK, but far from great, My wife thinks that theyre are too dry. For me, they seem moistened enough for a quick wipe (they dry quickly), but they dont clean the eyeglass lenses as well as I would want and expect them to. The lenses are cleaner, but not perfectly clean after using the wipes, Ive had better lens cleaning wipes, purchased from Costco, and they were less costly. Zeiss is a big name in the optical world, so I expected better. I am somewhat disappointed with this purchase.
