Combined with a YouTube how-to video, this is the perfect kit for screen/digitizer replacement. Local stores cost $100 and you have to leave the device with them. I used my wife’s hairdryer and got it done in about 10 minutes. Comes with pre-installed adhesive, basic small tools / picks to get the job done. The only issue I had was the home-button ribbon cable seemed a bit short to run where it was supposed to.

Easier than I thought. I have done a few iPads over the years, and this kit was the most complete. You will need to find instructions in YouTube, but that is fine

After all the work to replace the screen in the end the screen didnt work
