You have to click all the selections until you find the one for customization. I found it toward the bottom of the list. It’s a beautiful piece. I couldn’t be happier.

17-04-2025I ordered more than one of these necklaces they hold a small amount which is perfectly fine, the chain is decently long so for anyone with a larger neck can still wear. It’s such a cute pendant for remembering you’re loved pets.
