definitely gives you continued energy without any crash. Just dont drink too late in the day or you may find it difficult to fall asleep.

For someone that coffee (caffeine) does not pick up, this drink mix does. I have enjoyed this product for years...orange being my favorite. I like the punch (red) one, and tolerate the grape one to get back to the orange. I also really like the Black Cherry flavor.
