I purchased this item the first time in a discount store, it was never restocked. Found it on Amazon and was happy to get it and share with my sisters. It is great for freezing food within another Ziploc freezer bag. I never touch the food, just grab through the bag, spin it close and place in the other bag. When I need to cook my food, it releases without tearing. They (Ziploc) discontinued this product which is ashame.

I have used these for years. Cant find them anywhere except Amazon. I use them for freezing individual portions of anything- rolls, slices of bread, chicken breasts, cube steak for chicken fried steak. You put whatever it is in one of these bags, then put multiple bags in a ziplock freezer bag. When youre ready to use it, just pull out however many you need. Just gave a couple of boxes to my son who has his own apartment and is tired of bread molding before he can use it. Great money saver and great convenience item. Please dont quit making these!

I can’t function without these. It became harder to find in stores, but Amazon to the rescue. I’m a Costco shopper. Everything comes in huge quantities. I portion out meals for the two of us into the Perfect Portion Bags, then vacuum seal several portions. The food stays fresh and no freezer burn. Even in the refrigerator, a cut onion doesn’t smell through the bag.

These are great for handling raw meat and poultry. They also give extra protection against freezer burn.

We absolutely love these bags and use them a lot! Unfortunately, it looks like Ziploc discontinued them so we stocked up while we can! Theyre perfect to break down a family pack of meats for just my household of two.

I used them when I froze anything . I buy in bulk and package everything in 1 per bag ,great to take out as many as needed for the meal instead of taking a whole package .

A great product idea. Must use a zip bag to store the encased chicken. We store five three to five breasts together. They separate from one another easily.
