What I like about it was was the right size. What I dislike about it was the price.

Plugged it in for my 6 months change and doesnt work straight out of the box

I previously wrote that when the product arrived it did not work. Because it was a light bulb and was packaged in only an envelope, I was sure it had been damaged in transit. HOWEVER, the bulb DOES WORK. I did try it three times, but apparently it was operator error...my husband was finally able to get it adjusted properly and it does work. I apologize for my previous review, but I did, in fact, try several times to get it to work. I would recommend, perhaps, some better packaging, just to ensure no in-transit damage is done. Thank you.

Works good. Reptiles soak up uvb. Remember to change once a year

Arrived broken

This bulb stop working in two days I had brought the two setup and out of the one setup the bulb went out and stop working in two days after delivery

Came fast, came in one piece, and works! My turtle thanks you!

Horrible quality from merchant—definitely not true ZooMed quality. But DID NOT last ONE month. Last one that I purchased from a local store lasted over a year, and I only replaced it because they are not excreting light properly after one year.

I’m sure the product itself is absolutely wonderful. However it was poorly packaged and arrived shattered. They are sending a replacement.

Thank you for the light bulb! I had to wait extra days but it wasn’t a problem. I had extras! Beautiful shipping container and wasn’t broken at arrival!
