Zoo Med Natural Cork Bark, Round, Extra Large

I will say, the one I got was extra large! However, the inconsistency of the product without getting to pick the one that will best suit my needs is frustrating.. Mine came broken in half and very flat. I wanted to break it in half so my snake could fit under it, but its so flat that I had to stand it up on stuff. Otherwise, a great hide for him! I like the look and the material.

It is worth purchasing. It is as described and shipped nicely.

Perfect for my boa. But PLEASE before putting any new piece of cork or wood into your reptiles terrarium bake it in the oven at 250 degrees for 30-60 minutes!! It won’t harm the product in any way but each piece carries a risk for mites.

It was exactly what I wanted and couldn’t be happier. It’s a large piece that can be used for a lot of things in and outside aquariums. Personally I use it for my CornSneak and they enjoy it. Currently I have it set up as a sort of hideaway like an old stump. This will soon be filled with a live plant for more cover and fresh dirt for him to play in.

Have to admit, I was skeptical about purchasing this Extra Large round due to the fact that none of these pieces are guaranteed to arrive precisely as depicted online. It is truly a hit or miss, a roll of the dice, a shot in the dark, a gamble, a....well, I think you get it. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you dont. I was amazed and very happy when I opened the box to discover the exact piece I had envisioned! However, because all pieces are different, some larger than others, despite being labeled Extra Large, etc., I cannot highly recommend these cork rounds, but only wish you luck.

Very Large, WIDTH wise. Length wise not so much. Provides a hole that is half of a basketball. VERY LARGE. Will fit 3/4th of a 10 gallon tank.

Came as advertised, extra large cork tube. Pretty solid piece, nothing too funky about it aside from there being a small, natural hole in the side. I might need to glue a rock over it so my ball python doesnt get stuck trying to go through, but otherwise its just a solid, large cork tube. Quite a bit cheaper than a similar cork round would have cost at my local pet store. You trade the ability to hand select the exact shape you want vs the price. All in all, Id say worth it.
