Ingredients could be a little cleaner but overall not bad. Mixes very well and the taste is pretty solid with water. Hard to beat at the price per scoop. Much better option than combat protein

Im 10 years out from Gastric Bypass and a full serving of this (Double Milk Chocolate) made me feel really bloated. Used 1/2 serving Whey + 1/2 serving of custom blend of vegetable proteins from TrueNutrition with 1/2 cup water & 1/2 almond milk. Taste is great & no bloat. Also tried just the Whey with 1/2 water & 1/2 almond milk. Taste is great and less bloat than 8oz of just almond milk.

Rocky Road tastes exactly like hot chocolate mixed with water and is quite enjoyable. White Chocolate on the other hand isnt good at all, and tastes nothing like white chocolate.

All the right ingredients to help you make gains/ stay healthy. Would recommend because of taste and ingredients.

I have bought this multiple times now & have liked it each time without getting bored by the taste. I personally prefer white chocolate flavor, after having tried chocolate & strawberry. White chocolate seems to have a light, non-overwhelming feel to it. Tastes great chilled! I picked Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard over other common brands because it is lighter in terms of calories, for the same delivery of protein. And nice nutrition specs overall. The 5lb pack is a nice deal...

Ive tried other Protein Powder but none come even close to Optimum Nutrition in terms of blendability or flavor. Yes, sometimes there may be some lumps but nothing compared to other brands Ive had. Usually if I am having issues getting all of the powder dissolved, letting it sit in the refrigerator for 20 or 30 minutes fixes the problem. Any of the chocolate flavors are fantastic with almond milk or vanilla almond milk.

This is the best tasting protein shake I’ve had. Bought it for my son as he is a wrestler. I will be purchasing more of this!!

Tastes good. I said this before tasting the newest jug I got and am wondering if they changed the recipe!? Gross! This tastes horrible! I want the old recipe!
