100% Gold Standard Whey 450g Double Rich Chocolate

Give this to my 95-y.o. father, who does not eat much. I want him to have additional daily protein intake, so I add to milk shakes or morning cereals. More economical than adding the brand name ensure drink, which has more sugar than needed, and he likes the chocolate flavor!

The white chocolate is okay at first but it begins to lose its appeal after youve had a lot of it. Make sure whatever flavor you get its one that youll enjoy for 2 months or more. Very good for weight loss and muscle building!!

Gotta make sure you blend it with cold fluid or itll clump. I do not prefer it with fruit smoothies but its great in milk with ice

Package was damaged upon delivery. Seal was broke to the top lid resulting in some powder that was outside of container. Was able to pop plastic out again and force lid back into place.

I have tried so many protein powders and this is the one I prefer. Ive gone through a 5 pound tub and this is my second order. It blends well and taste like chocolate milk. I call it my treat.

I have bought this multiple times now & have liked it each time without getting bored by the taste. I personally prefer white chocolate flavor, after having tried chocolate & strawberry. White chocolate seems to have a light, non-overwhelming feel to it. Tastes great chilled! I picked Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard over other common brands because it is lighter in terms of calories, for the same delivery of protein. And nice nutrition specs overall.
