> 24 hourIt will link at 2.5G however it does not report the link speed back to the switch. In fact it reports as a 10G short range fiber instead of copper

> 24 hourI installed this product in a Cisco C3750X-48P switch with module C3KX-NM-10G with no issues.

> 24 hourI have tested the SFP module with my UDM PRO. Plug it in and activate it for use with a CAT6 to 1GB cable. I have configured the interface to work at 1Gb because the internet modem works only at Gigabit and the SFP module does not work. Ive restarted UDM Pro several times, and still cant get the module to work. I think the SFP module has been faulty.

> 24 hourThese solved the Pause Frame Issue with Mikrotik Routers. Link up at 10gb, and handle the 1gbit af5xhd backhaul radio. No more Pause Frames

> 24 hourI liked that it worked at 2.5gb in my Ubiquiti switch and on my Dell Inspirion 5675. Not much else to say. Insert this transceiver into the 10gb switch and plug in a Cat 6a cable and in my case I reconfigured both the NIC on the PC and the port on the 10gb switch to Auto Negotiate and it worked fine and since I was using only a 2.5gb NIC it worked great.

> 24 hourExact same issue as other modules. Slow incredibly slow uploads. As in < 100 mbps. On a symmetric fiber 2gig connection -- downloads are fine, uploads are not -- same story with wiitek and a few others,, it should have been verified to fully support the 803.1bz standard -- it doesnt. The one that works is the MikroTik S+RJ10.

> 24 hourI put this transceiver in a Cisco C9500-40X, it works in so far as it transmits data fine, apparently at 10Gb. The switch management software does not recognize the transceiver properly, I get a no link message when I view the port so no statistics etc. The other end of the connection is a 10G HP copper port which connects to it at 10G and i have tested high speed data transfers so I know it is working.

> 24 hourI tried using this adapter to make a connection between a Ubiquiti 10G SFP+ port and an Ubiquiti 2.5G RJ-45 port and it it could not make a data connection. (I tried this with an Enterprise 8 POE and an Enterprise 24 POE, in both directions and no neither worked.) However a pair of these were able to create a 10G connection between the SFP+ ports on the two switches. Also, these modules get *extremely* hot — too hot to touch — when plugged in (even when the RJ-45 is empty). I’m worried that might not be good for my switch… EDIT: It appears this limitation is based on the Unifi devices (specifically, their 10G SFP+ ports cannot run at 2.5G) rather than this module.
