> 24 hourI installed in my UDM Pro SE and received perfect download speeds. However, upload speeds were down to 1mbps consistently. I toggled between 10Gb FDX and autodetect, same result. I really needed this to work but returning. UPDATE: The seller contacted me and we had a very good dialogue about my issue. It is my error. I understood this module to automatically adjust to the speed of the 1Gb coming in, or the 2.5Gb of another appliance I own. This module strictly runs at 10Gb only.

> 24 hourTested this unit in a Cisco Meraki MX250 and got about 80% of the advertised download speed and about 1.5% of the upload. The unit would not transmit above 15mbps. I swapped for a Startech MASFP1GBTXST which worked flawlessly.

> 24 hourThey work perfectly with SFP+ devices, making a 10Gbps connection in my Lan really fast, and I get the full 2.5Gbps Internet connection as well.

> 24 hourThis is for the 80 meter version. It was able to get me full 10GBps on cat 5e run thats about 50 feet long, and going through a patch panel. The 30 meter version got me to 5GBps on the same exact run. The 30 meter version got full 10 GBps on a shorter direct run, not going through any patch panel but still using cat5e. Great products, I get transfers from pc to QNAP at average 500 MB (Megabytes) per second. If transferring to or from an NVME that speed doubles. The QNAP is the other short direct run at 10GBps. Using this in a TP-Link Switch (TL-SG3210XHP-M2), works as expected. It was recognized instantly with no configuration needed to make it work.

> 24 hourI have tested the SFP module with my UDM PRO. Plug it in and activate it for use with a CAT6 to 1GB cable. I have configured the interface to work at 1Gb because the internet modem works only at Gigabit and the SFP module does not work. Ive restarted UDM Pro several times, and still cant get the module to work. I think the SFP module has been faulty.

> 24 hourWorks as ezpected, make sure you get a cat 6 or cat 7 cable with it as cat5 does not support 10 gig.

> 24 hourI will find out in two weeks if this product really works with my FortiGate, but the FortiGate sees it as not certified.
