Perfect product for what I needed (connecting my tree lights to the star at the top!!)

Short extension cord for when you just need a little bit more length to reach an outlet. Avoids having extra cord lying around or bunched up when you dont need a longer extension cord.

Bought for behind a wall mount flat screen where can’t reach outlet for mantle lights. Wanted to decorate fireplace mantle but outlet was blocked by a massive wall mount flat screen. Managed to wiggle prongs into outlet and have pig tale exposed under screen for other lights to be attached. Works great and is well made

Great cord, even if a little pricey for what it is. I couldnt find a cord like this anywhere, even locally, so gave it a try. Would buy it again, does the job perfectly.

I liked this product because I needed to use only a foot of extension which is perfect and what I needed.

This is just what i needed since the extension cord wasnt long enough. It wS for a light so the extra ground didnt matter.

Works well connecting non polorized devices to polorized extension cords

Well, after reading a lot of the reviews, I bought one. Heres what I can tell you. The socket end is the polarized type with one narrow input and one wide input. The plug, on the other hand is of the older non-polarized type - both prongs of the same width. See the pics of what I received. The item IS NOT one foot long. The wire itself is 16 inches. Add the socket end + plug end and it becomes about 21 inches long (nearly two feet!?!) Again, see the pic of the one I received against a measure. And finally, the female end is stamped for 10 Amp service, NOT 12 Amp as described. The two pics are the same item, just laid out on two different surfaces. Three star because item works fine but... ...inaccurate length and amperage description, AND having a polarized socket but NOT a polarized plug end (WTH?).
