I liked this product because I needed to use only a foot of extension which is perfect and what I needed.

Just the right size so no long cord to hide.

As others have noted, the female end is not polarized. It does work if you want to plug in a common wall-wart power supply though, which is what I got it for. It works perfectly for that.

Purchased this to use an extension for a coffee maker with incredibly short cord. Worked perfectly.

When you have a power strip with a couple regular plugs and a couple transformers in it, youre out of space and outlets get blocked so you need another power strip or you can use one of these to extend the transformer away from the plugs on the power strip. You can also add a three way two prong splitter to the end of this for three more transformers. All low current devices of course.

Gave me that little extra length I needed

Short extension cord for when you just need a little bit more length to reach an outlet. Avoids having extra cord lying around or bunched up when you dont need a longer extension cord.

Had to extend a cable one foot to be able to make it to my power strip (I have a cable raceway) -- this is a viable option for people like me who just have to have everything perfect and tidy.
