> 24 hourI tested in with the high-speed setting on my DeWalt drill to remove rust from a piece of scrap sheet metal. After ~30 seconds it came off with no issues, and I could have cleaned it up much more if I spent longer doing it. This shouldnt be used for big flat jobs like this since its such a small wheel, but the size makes it great for getting into nooks and crannies. After that work, there were no bent wires, even after I pushed the corners of the wheel into the sheet to try and bend them. Nothing came off, so in the short term it looks like this is a well made piece!

> 24 hourBoth brushes in the package appear to be the same grit. The wire is stiff and strong enough for aggressive jobs. The wires appear to stay on while grinding (or not fall off), which is a good sign. It seems well made.

> 24 hourWire wheel is as described, heavy duty. The wire is stiff and densely packed on the head and is more dense than I was anticipating. Vendor description says high carbon steel, and it is based on spark from metal-on-metal, but Id be shocked if there isnt a little nickel in there just based on the wires color. I used my DW drill on some spray foam which it happily chewed up. It also had no problem removing scale from my very abused axe. It left no visible scoring on the metals surface but happily removed the surface rust. A drill isnt likely the ideal mount for this type of tool. Mine tops out @ 2000RPM. I think it would benefit from more RPM but for my usage the drill is sufficient. See photo for man/tool/brush sizing.

> 24 hourI was excited about getting and using this wire brush wheel and it exceeded my expectations. The reason is that this is wider than many others so it runs much more smoothly on whatever you are trying to smooth or brush out. Others that are narrower tend to bounce, or grab, which causes the brush to bounce up and off what you are working on. This brush was much more uniform on running on the work surface. With it being wider, you get a more uniform brush action and less of a possibility of cutting into softer materials such as plastic or wood. This will now be my “go to” wheel to use to clean rust off tools such as shovels accidentally left outside. Yes, there will be times I will need to use a narrower wheel, but as I am an elderly man, using this with a strong grip of my drill, this is now my favorite wire wheel to use and control.

> 24 hourI had a small garden statue, which was rusted. I need a tool to sand off all of the rust, before I painted it. This wire wheel brush did the trick.

> 24 hourThey seem well made and like they will last. I used one to shine up and clean a pipe, and it worked great.

> 24 hourBought the 2 pack Wire Wheel Brush for my own use as Grandpas are too hard for me to find when I want to use them. The brushes cleaned up the rusty, overpainted metal legs on the table frames I wanted to repurpose. Easy to use, just wear your gloves and eye protection. Trust Nana on this one.

> 24 hourGreat wheels. They seem to hold together with less metal threads than some other cheaper brands. As long as you keep them at a lower rpm, they will last and work great. Inexpensive and well made, hold together better than other cheap brands.

> 24 hourThese wire wheels are a nice piece of equipment. They are sturdily built with some weight to them. I was initially skeptical of how they would work on a drill, but they work great there was no imbalance when spinning. Nice wide working surface that actually makes working with them easier than other wire wheels. Im very pleased with this product.
