Ive been waiting until I actually used them for packing before leaving a review.

From the customers point of view, regardless of the quality, the service is worth five stars, but the customer service actively helped me after my parcel was lost. After I waited for a few days to confirm the loss, I re-sent me a new one. The quality is considered good , Is also in line with my expectations, and the follow-up customer service is also very caring. I am very grateful for this.

Thus far, this is the best luggage set Ive ever purchased...I hope it continues to hold up. Only time can tell about that. I ordered the bright red (almost orange) so theres no doubt whos suitcase it is (MINE!) in the luggage area! Each piece has same great features - durable zippers, expandable, inside pockets and mesh zip-up covers to keep items from moving from one side of the suitcase to the other.

The luggage is advertised as scratch proof. Before we could even get it out of our house, our dog jumped up on it and easily scratched it. Very Disappointed.

bought this on prime day great deal! they are beautiful lightweight and look expensive! definitely a great purchase.

This is literally my first time packing this luggage and the seams already split. So disappointed and I leave tonight. Not worth the $180 I spent.

This luggage is perfect! The large luggage fit a weeks worth of clothes for my husband and I, we didn’t even have to expand it. They all fit inside each other for storage purposes too! Pretty durable, no cracks, but the part that holds the contact card broke off. The other issue is the TSA lock on our large luggage sticks, so that lock is unusable, but the rest work exactly like they are supposed to. For the money you pay, these are still worth it. They maneuver amazing, are light weight and we got the white, so easily spotted in baggage claim (but definitely get dirty).
