I got a few of these cages last year and I have raised numerous batches of monarchs in them (up to 7 monarchs at a time in one cage). I am very happy with the product. Everything works well, it is easy to clean and appears to be of sturdy construction. I would highly recommend this product.

I wish there were 2 zippers as a reviewed said a caterpillar created its crysalis on the zipper. I am keeping the milkweed toward the back on the cage. I am using it sideways. Its working great so far. Love it!

I am on track to release well over 300 monarchs this year. Its almost a full time job, so I know all about these cages. Restcloud has now created an updated version that takes the issue of caterpillars shedding or creating their chrysalis on the zipper by adding and addition fold over the zipper itself on the inside. Only complaint is about Amazon shipping and nothing to do with Restcloud. Any of this sound familiar? I was desperate for additional cages a couple of times this year - most recently I created THIS order after giving cages to a fellow monarch person expecting two-day delivery as promised. Once again, though, Amazon shipping created a serious problem as the day they were to be delivered, the status went from shipped to item not yet fulfilled or something to that effect. I desperately needed these cages. I called and texted and no one could tell me when theyd be here. Amazons newest excuse for not actually delivering in two days is two days from the date of shipment. Amazons logistics was, according to Amazons help, still trying to move my order from one warehouse to my fulfillment center (warehouse). They eventually cancelled the order which, after a week, was still in the ether somewhere, and ship it directly from the fullfillment center where the item was in stock. Regardless of Amazons shipping issues, these are the absolute best cages.
